Giorgio Barchiesi, better known as Chef Giorgione, is the historical testimonial of Sol&Agrifood. This year, he prepares five recipes, one for each extra virgin olive oil winning Sol d'Oro medals in the five categories - light fruity, medium fruity, intense fruity, organic and mono-varietal - at the 2019 edition of the Sol d'Oro Northern Hemisphere Competition.
