The "Ice Cream Fair" (or rather the "Cold Dessert" Show) this year celebrates 60 years. At Sol&Agrifood, it will present and offer theme-based tastings developed by the Master Ice Cream Makers of the Belluno area. MIG is also the ideal platform for companies that produce semi-finished products, machinery, equipment and services for the artisan ice cream sector around the world.
